Video games have always been prone to delays, and that's only become truer and truer as they've gotten bigger and more ambitious. The last couple of years, however, have been unusually filled with delays to games both big and small, with the effects of pandemic-enforced remote work requirements still very much being felt. We're not even halfway through 2022 yet, and already, a number of games have been delayed, some by a few months, some by more, and we have a hunch that there's going to be plenty more of that coming down the line as well.

As such, here in this feature, in addition to talking about a few major games that have already been delayed, we're going to talk about some that are likely to follow in their footsteps. Do remember that we're talking only about games that had (or still have) official 2022 launch windows or dates.
