Cyberpunk 2077 Next Gen:
During CD Projekt Red's latest quarterly investor report, President and joint-CEO Adam Kiciński confirmed the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of Cyberpunk 2077 will launch sometime in the first quarter of 2022. The new-gen versions of the sci-fi RPG were originally on track for a late 2021 rollout. However, in October, CD Projekt Red delayed the Cyberpunk 2077 upgrades to 2022. The Witcher 3's upgrades similarly received a push, with the studio tentatively attaching a Q2 2022 launch window to the news.

Following its disastrous release across all platforms in December 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 went on to receive a slew of post-launch updates meant to tackle performance issues, crashing bugs, and a series of other game-breaking and immersion-breaking glitches. The title is currently in a much better state overall, though many would argue it still has a long road ahead before meeting previously set expectations. CDPR thinks the experience will one day hit the mark, according to Adam Kiciński's statement in a recent interview wherein he expressed the studio's belief that Cyberpunk 2077 will be perceived positively.

Halo Infinite Cheaters:
Halo Infinite isn't even out properly yet, but already, some players are cheating.

As videos of wallhacks and aimbots appear online – including the clip below (which, as a console Halo player, I find absolutely infuriating) – console players are calling for the chance to turn off crossplay "until [developer 343 industries] can get an actual anti-cheat implemented".

@343Postums @Unyshek Just matched another cheater/hacker in Halo Infinite. Guy’s gamertag is EUGENEYY on Xbox. Let me turn off cross-play until you guys can get an actual anti-cheat implemented. pic.twitter.com/G9hwahtBRKNovember 26, 2021

Series S Wins!
It appears that over the Black Friday shopping period, it wasn’t the Switch or PS5 that was selling like hotcakes, but instead, the less powerful Xbox Series X sibling, the $300 Xbox Series S. This is likely due to a few factors including its price and its availability on retail sites like Amazon.

As reported by Business Insider, this news comes from the Adobe Digital Economy Index which claims to have analyzed over 1 trillion visits to retail sites, and also surveyed over 1,000 retailers on what items were selling better than others. All of this data seemingly points to the big winner of the Black Friday shopping season being the tiny Xbox Series S.

At first, this might seem surprising, but there are a few reasons this smaller Xbox is doing so well. For one thing, it’s actually available at many stores. Right now it’s very hard to get your hands on a $500 PS5 or Xbox Series X. However, the Series S has been available to buy at various stores for days now, including GameStop and Best Buy.

Secret Game Pass Games:
Xbox Game Pass for PC is an awkward, beautiful beast. It consistently manages to impress me with its ever-growing games line-up, while at the same time baffling me with its obscure user experience.

Take the EA Play integration, for instance, which gives you access to dozens of games from EA's subscription service. Not only can you not search for specific EA games within Xbox Game Pass for PC, but I recently discovered that there are actually over 20 EA Play games not listed at all in the Xbox app that you can play with an Xbox Game Pass PC subscription.

To play one of these games, you need to sign into the EA Play or Origin app, then simply type the game name into the search box and download it (make sure your EA and Xbox accounts are linked).
