On December 13, 2021, at approximately 2:15 p.m., officers received a call from a local Circle K manager who just wanted to make a report regarding an employee who had stolen lottery tickets valued at $2,000. The manager turned suspicious when an employee tried to claim a $5,000 prize at the very store tickets of which were being stolen.
