Two state civil service officers hit the headlines for corruption.
In Assam, Nupur Bora (ACS, 2019) was caught with nearly ₹2 crore in cash and jewellery, while in Odisha, topper Aswini Kumar Panda (OCS, 2019) was arrested for a bribe of just ₹15,000.
