The Closing Line is what the line is at the time a game starts. Positive CLV means you placed a bet that has more favorable odds than the closing line. Matt goes over how to use OddsJam to place Positive Expected Value bets. Placing positive expected value bets are the easiest ways to consistently generate positive CLV.
