Recently, the Department of State delivered directions for Diversity Visa applicants chosen for the fiscal year 2023. These applicants are instructed to present the DS-260 immigrant visa application form to the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) and any accompanying family members.

Following the DS-260 immigrant visa application submission, the Kentucky Consular Center will examine it for completeness and put the application in a queue to be scheduled for an in-person visa interview, given that the applicant's priority date is current on the Visa Bulletin.

At the moment, this will be the process needed from the Diversity Visa selectees for the fiscal year 2023.
