There's a lot of hype around backtesting forex strategies and "putting in the time" to improve your forex strategy but here's an unpopular opinion: backtesting is a total waste of time.

It doesn't take into account the execution, fundamental or psychological aspect of trading. All three of which, are the most difficult.

So in this video I'm going to give you an exercise that will not only improve your trading dramatically, but it will help you develop a deep understanding of the market and why things move the way they do.
