In this video I manage to talk total dreck for a full 4 minutes straight so that I would have some more content to put out.

But really I'm just addressing the fact that there is a lot out there on mindset and while it is definitely an important part of trading, I feel that it is often used to excuse what is in fact, a poorly crafted strategy.
