Y'all wanna see how Jean Montero gets ready for the NBA Draft!? Today we followed Jean through a full day of Draft Prep at the OTE Arena down in ATL. His day started at 6 am getting some shots up before his workout. Jean knows to be the best he's gotta put in that work EARLY. Then at 7 am he had a shooting session with some Pro hoopers and the OTE Trainers who were getting him league-ready. Then after that he got in the weight room. You gotta get your body right if you trying to play at the next level fr. The work isn't just on the court y'all!!! Then he got some work done with the trainer, saw the nutritionist, and ended the day with a film session and some more workouts. He even FaceTimed NBA All-Star Darius Garland to get some advice for his rookie season in the league! I'm so hyped to see where Jean ends up next year, and with the work he's putting in I know he's gonna kill it fr.
