JTR Kallos 7.1 Speaker System

I got to experience a full 7.1 JTR Kallos speaker system at Tony Negretti's home in Milwaukee and it was very impressive. The system produced earth shaking visceral response in his family room powered by a modest Denon AVR-X3700H AV receiver. The system includes two on-wall/stand-mount models, the 265 and 465, plus a high-excursion sealed 12" subwoofer powered by a beastly 2 kW amp. This compact sub is no joke—it borrows engineering from JTR’s iconic 18" driver and delivers serious, room-shaking performance in a smaller footprint. This system is capable of 123dB max SPL and can be run with modest amplification.

Finished in beautiful Baltic birch, the Kallos 2.2 system stunned attendees with its full-scale, dynamic sound that completely defied expectations for its size. It’s the kind of setup that can disappear into any décor while still hitting like a true JTR system.
