The plaintiff allowed her fiancé’s brother to move in with her. Since day one, it was nothing but problems, according to the plaintiff. The defendant allegedly left used condoms and other inappropriate items all over the place. The plaintiff claims the defendant failed to pay rent, so she’s suing. The defendant argues his hours at work got cut. Additionally, the defendant believes because his brother and the plaintiff won the lottery, he shouldn’t have to pay rent.
