Meal prep doesn’t mean you have to eat the same thing every single day or opening the fridge to that soggy salad that’s been staring at you for 3 days! There are so many ways to meal prep and the best way to stick with it long term is to find a system that works for YOU.
That might not be cooking a whole meal at the beginning of the week, but rather prepping a few different components to stay flexible and be able to throw together different nourishing lunch bowls, or simply prepping some salad dressings to encourage you to eat more fresh veggies. It really can be what you want it to be and it definitely isn’t all linear in my own journey.
Lately, life’s been really busy so I’ve been staying true to a handful of quickies & no-brainer meals that can be thrown together with very little effort.
