The NHL offers a modified schedule as is typical for Fridays in hockey, but don't worry we still have NHL picks, NHL predictions and the Best NHL Sports Betting Odds for April 8th.

There are five games and the best is the first one up at 7 p.m. ET as the Boston Bruins pay a visit to the Tampa Bay Lightning. These are teams that have designs on winning the Stanley Cup. And, remember, the Lightning are looking for their third straight NHL championship.

The rest of the schedule sees Buffalo at Florida, the Islanders at Carolina, the Minnesota Wild at St. Louis in a a key Central clash as well as Colorado stopping at Winnipeg for a game.
