A new report shows North Carolinians are spending less money on sports betting than when it first launched.
The latest numbers from the North Carolina State Lottery Commission showed during the month of June, North Carolina residents or visitors bet $398,251,464. Account holders won $354,742,263 during that same period of time.

There's an 18% tax on gross wagering revenue in the state, which means $40,302,263 went back to the state from betting in June.
