Powerball: Lottery lawyer gives billion-dollar advice

No one claimed the prize after Saturday night’s drawing and now the Powerball jackpot has risen to $1.1 billion.

The next drawing will be on Monday at 10:59 p.m. ET.

Whoever wins the jackpot can choose between an annuitized payout, estimated at $1.1 billion, or a lump sum payment estimated at $498.4 million.
