Props In a Minute: Prop 26 allows sports gambling, but only if it’s in-person, and only if it’s at a tribal casino or horse race track, and gamblers must be over the age of 21. The measure also allows tribal casinos to expand their games to include those played with dice, like craps and roulette.

A YES vote legalizes sports gambling at tribal casinos and race tracks.
A NO vote keeps sports gambling illegal.
