#Russian forces attacked infrastructure throughout Ukraine for the 11th time this year, power grid operator Ukrenergo said on Telegram without elaborating on damage. Emergency electricity cuts were enacted across the country, including in the capital Kyiv.

The country’s air force reported downing 79 out of 91 missiles as well as 35 out of 97 Shahed drones. This was the second large-scale barrage this month after Russia launched about 120 missiles and 90 drones on Nov. 17.
