RBI Announces ₹60,000 Cr OMO, $5 Bn Forex Swaps & 56-Day VRR To Inject ₹1.5 Lk Cr Liquidity

RBI has announced a bunch of measures to shore up liquidity in the system. In total, it will infuse Rs 1.5 lk cr over the next 3 months, partly by buying govt bonds, by doing repo auction and via $5 bn of FX swaps.
