We are in conversation with Vishal Malkan in today's Christmas special episode. He does the groundwork and simplifies the concept of #RSI before explaining his favorite 5-Star Swing Trading Strategy.

Vishal switched from one indicator to another, as he was not making any money. But he realized that he choose one indicator and master it. He recommends traders to go deep instead of going broad.

He starts the conversation by recommending traders to unlearn what they know about RSI. He recommends traders to forget the conventional 70-30 overbought and oversold readings on the RSI.

He shares an unconventional way of using the RSI. He describes RSI as a speedometer of car which helps you in gauging the market situation and act accordingly.

If the RSI is between 0-40 then the market is bearish. If RSI is between 40-60 then its sideways. If the RSI is between 60-100 then the market is bullish. He emphasizes that a trend trader must not waste time on stocks which are trading between 40-60 RSI.

He also explains the concept of range shift to identify trading opportunities in the market.
Vishal believes that systematic trading and thorough understanding of chosen tool can make you money consistently.
