At various points this decade, Missourians have seen their neighbors from Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois and Arkansas bet on sports. Missouri is one of the few states in the Midwest that has not legalized any form of sports wagering. It is one of just 12 states where you cannot gamble on sports, whether at a casino or online. That could change this November with Missouri Amendment 2.
