Storm system inbound for West Coast, CA Sierra/OR/WA/BC 11/13-11/14. Storm splits into two lows and both stall for a couple days then eventually hit the Intermountain Rockies 11/16-11/17 with moderate to heavy snow accumulation for UT/ID/WY/MT/CO/NM/AZ.
