This is a continuation imbalance trading strategy! It does work on any timeframe from my tests but I'd consider it best for scalping :)

The strategy is simple. You use the EMA to tell if you are looking for buys or sells,
If price is under the ema then you look for sells only and vice versa for buys.

Then you wait for a big engulfing candle to appear in the direction of the trend which is bigger than the previous opposite colored candle. Once this appears, you mark the opposite candle's low and high (wicks included) which will be your area of interest and wait for one of the next 3 candles to return to that area.

Once price returned, you can open a position with stoploss slightly away from the engulfed candle and a take profit of either 1:1 , 1:2 and max 1:3 (from my experience higher doesn't play out often since we are betting on the momentum to continue)
