Nasser Salman, a US doctor of Palestinian origin volunteering at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in central Gaza, says that the Gaza healthcare system has “completely collapsed” and is “relying only on donations.”

Salman also recounted some of the harrowing scenes he has witnessed, including a son calling for his father after he was killed by Israeli forces on the night a ceasefire deal was announced.
