Much of the talk of the 2025 NASCAR lawsuit between themselves and the teams of 23XI and Front Row were how the charter system did not protect teams from going under. With this they claimed that 11 of the original 17 chartered entries at the formation of the system have since closed down. So let's look back at these 11 formerly chartered NASCAR teams and see what happened with each of them. Let's look back at the lost teams of the charter system.
