Today I’m sharing one of the most interesting trades of the week. First, I opened a position on GBPCHF, betting on a bounce from the historical low of 2022. I based my analysis on the weekly timeframe, where price had never broken below that support before, and on a Morning Star pattern on the daily timeframe.

The first position took me out at break-even due to commissions, but I saw the market give me the exact same confirmation again, so I didn’t hesitate to re-enter. This time, I closed the trade with a $415,000 profit.

It was a high-risk trade because I was trading a pullback against the main bearish trend, but I trusted the market logic: you don't sell at the bottom. Additionally, the 1H and 30M structures confirmed that the bounce was solid.
