Saudi Arabia's Hajj ministry announced last week that Muslims from Europe, Australia, and the Americas must apply to attend Hajj through a lottery draw on a government-backed website.

Middle East Eye spoke to Habibur Rahman from Hajj travel agency, Al-Kabir, that has been operating in the UK since 1996. He tells us how the changes in regulation have impacted their operations.
