00:00 The Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) has upgraded Tropical Cyclone Fina to a category two system. The BOM predicts that in addition to making landfall near Cape Don on Friday night, the system is now expected to also make landfall on the Tiwi Islands near Wurrumiyanga on Saturday afternoon.
