Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court decided against a judicial review for the last remaining challenge to the 2021 Sports Gambling Compact between Gov. Ron DeSantis and the Seminole Tribe. This ensures that Hard Rock Bet and the Seminole Tribe will maintain total control over sports gambling in the state.
